Production Process
Invasive films provide a complete film production service from the initial idea, research and formulation of a storyboard to the finished film in the format you require. We specialise in medical information and educational films for patients and all healthcare staff.
The film process has a number of steps and can be as simple as a documentary or as complex as Lord of the Rings. The more complex the more expensive.
CONSULTATION
We generate a proposal by working with our clients to understand what they want to say and to whom they want to say it.
PREPRODUCTION
This stage is research, planning and scripting. Together with our clients we determine the "look" for the film by choosing locations and people to appear in the film. We identify the need for special effects, graphics, narration and music. An itemised budget and shooting schedule is presented to the client for approval.
PRODUCTION
The production crew translate the script into film
POST PRODUCTION
The film footage is edited and shaped into a rough edit for the client to view and discuss. A final cut of the film with sound design, music, animation, titles, credits and graphics is produced for a final consultation before a master copy is produced.
DELIVERY
The film will be duplicated and delivered in whatever format is required.
